Privacy policy.
We collect personal data only when you contact us, request a quote, or sign in to the planned myHakkan client portal (in development). Data is stored on systems we control, processed only to operate the supply-chain services you ask us to deliver, and never sold or rented to third parties.
When we share data with sub-contractors (carriers, customs brokers, warehouses) it is strictly to execute the operation and only the minimum information required. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to customercare@hakkanlogistics.com.
We retain quote requests and operational records for the time required to fulfil our contractual and regulatory obligations (typically 5 to 10 years for trade and customs documents). After that, records are archived or destroyed in line with applicable law.

This website is provided by Hakkan Logistics SA for informational purposes. Quotes shared via the website or by email are indicative until confirmed in a signed contract or pro-forma invoice. Operational obligations begin only when an engagement is confirmed in writing.
Content on this site (text, images, logos, layout) is © Hakkan Logistics SA unless attributed otherwise. You may share short quotes with attribution, but commercial reproduction requires written permission. The Hakkan Logistics name and logo are trademarks of Hakkan Logistics SA.
All operational engagements are governed by our standard terms of business and, where applicable, the prevailing FIATA (freight forwarding), CMR (international road) and Hague-Visby (sea carriage) conventions — available on request and incorporated into every signed contract.

This site uses minimal cookies. We store a single preference cookie locally to remember your language choice (English or French). We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels on this site.
