Bonded warehouse operations with palletised cargo
Who we are

Built for the realities of West African operations.

Hakkan Logistics was founded in 2024 in Abidjan by a team with over fifteen years of combined operating experience across West African supply chains. The model started from a simple observation: industrial buyers in the region were juggling five, ten or fifteen vendors per supply chain, with no single number to call when a deadline slipped. Hakkan was built to be that number.

We cover the key logistics corridors across West and Central Africa, with the ability to mobilise globally through our partner network. We manage the full supply chain lifecycle — from supplier identification to final delivery — ensuring visibility, compliance and cost control at every step. Our teams operate with a rapid response model, targeting brief-to-mobilisation in 24 to 72 hours where required.

How we run

Three operating principles.

01

Single line of accountability

One contract, one ledger, one named operations lead. We assemble the vendor stack so you don't have to manage it.

02

Built backwards from your deadline

Our process design starts from your operational deadline and works back. Speed and precision are not optional.

03

Local depth, global standards

Regional knowledge of corridors, regulators and brokers — paired with international compliance, documentation and reporting standards.

Questions

About Hakkan Logistics

What does a 4PL actually do?
A 4PL (fourth-party logistics) operator is the single integrator of your end-to-end supply chain. Hakkan plans, contracts and runs every layer — sourcing, multimodal transport, customs, warehousing, final-mile — under one accountable contract instead of leaving you to manage a stack of vendors.
Where do you operate?
Our operational base is in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. We run active corridors across West and Central Africa (Burkina Faso, Mali, Ghana, Senegal, Guinea, Togo, Benin, Niger, Cameroon, Chad, Central African Republic) and mobilise globally through our partner network in Europe, MENA, Asia and the Americas.
What does '24–72H rapid response' mean?
It means we target 24 to 72 hours from your brief to mobilisation — sourcing, dispatch and into the corridor. Door-to-site lead time depends on mode and distance: ask us for the lead time on your specific lane.
What industries do you serve?
Oil & gas, mining, energy, infrastructure, project cargo, and general industry (manufacturing, FMCG, distribution). Our operating model is engineered around heavy and critical industrial workflows.
How do I get a quote?
Send a brief through the form on our Contact page, email customercare@hakkanlogistics.com, or call our Abidjan operations line on +225 27 22 24 94 79. A real operator responds — usually within a few hours during business days.
